- Post-Doctoral Researcher – We are seeking a post-doctoral researcher to develop path planning algorithms for large swarms of drones in collaboration with a local UAV company that specializes in drone shows. Prior experience with path planning/trajectory generation is highly desirable. More details can be found here.
- Ph.D. Student – We are seeking a doctoral student for research into on-orbit self assembly of large flexible space structures. This work will involve the development of a large air-bearing flat table testbed for planar self assembly experiments. Strengths in both theoretical work as well as practical work with hardware are desired.
- Ph.D. Student – We are seeking a doctoral student for research into robust precise relative navigation for swarms of drones in collaboration with a local UAV company. This work will involve both theoretical algorithm development as well as hardware implementation and flight tests on drones. Thus, strengths in both theoretical work as well as practical work with hardware are desired. In particular, prior experience with GPS is desirable.
